Holidays in 2020 look so much different then years past but that doesn’t mean you can’t celebrate at home. Halloween has always been my favorite holiday. The best part of Halloween is dressing up and hosting parties. Oh, and of course the candy and treats! Since there won’t be Halloween parties to attend this year, try having an intimate Halloween pajama party with your close friends and family. I’m showing you today how to build a Halloween charcuterie board, the perfect balloon decorations and my top 5 favorite Halloween movies to watch this year! Nothing screams summer more than celebrating the 4TH OF JULY! When I look back, I realize I never use to be that excited about the upcoming holiday. Sure, I’d attend a BBQ here and there, watch fireworks and parades and always wear a cute festive t-shirt. But I now believe no other day defines summer quite like the 4th of July! So bring on the red, white and blue because I’m ready to celebrate! I’ve linked all the best finds for Americana apparel including this lightweight sweatshirt and the cutest home decor pieces from some of my favorite retailers. Come along and go shopping with me! I love making my holiday decorations. When you make your own decorations you know you have something completely different than everybody else. My girlfriends and I use to get together for craft nights. We would all make the same type of craft but they all would turn out so different. We would pick different colors and we all have our own style so even though we are creating the “same” item they all would look totally different. The holiday craft that I want to show you today is a simple, inexpensive decoration to light up your front door for Valentine’s Day. I purchased all of these items at my local craft store for exactly $15! White pumpkins are a chic alternative but gold, now that just screams GLAM! And if you know anything about me you know I’m all about the style and glamour! Gold is such a popular color for home decor, it’s everywhere! Today I have a simple DIY to dress up your home decor for fall with a chic new look.

I love all things fall and Halloween. Haunted houses, scary movies, ghost stories and decorating, but I am a true girly girl! Sometimes spooky isn’t pretty. I wanted to come up with a way to decorate faux pumpkins pretty enough to keep up through Thanksgiving. This is a super easy DIY to make you feel bright and cheerful even during this dreary scary time of year. I’ve put together a step by step tutorial to make decorating stress free!
